Here are reasons you may not be able to renew your checked-out ToolBox Project tool, plus some information about what to do about it. You may not be logged in. Go to https://toolboxproject.myturn.com/library/myTurnLogin/auth, and input your username or email address and password. Confirm that see your first name in the upper right-hand corner. Try your renewal again. The tool may not allow any more renewals. Most ToolBox Project tools allow two renewals, but not all. From the page about your Loans, choose the "Renew" button if it shows, or choose "Details" about the individual tool loans to check when you may be able to self-renew. Call or email ToolBox Project staff and we can renew for you in many cases. The tool may be overdue. Call or email ToolBox Project staff and we can renew for you in some cases. There may be a per loan fee for the tool. No ToolBox Project tools that have checkout fees can be self-renewed. Call or email ToolBox Project staff and we can renew for you. Another member may have the tool reserved. If someone else has the tool reserved during the period you want to renew it, your renewal will be prevented. Call or email ToolBox Project staff. You can try setting your renewal period for less than the one-week default checkout period. The tool may not actually be checked out. ToolBox Project staff might have goofed and not actually checked the tool out when you left the library. Your membership may have expired or be due to run out soon.
